Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email our Customer Service at returns@silverroomdesign.com within 3 days of receiving your order. You must return items in new, unused condition with all original boxes, packing materials, and original packing slip included with the shipment, within 30 days. Returned items will be inspected before awarded a refund if opened or used. In some cases, a restocking fee may apply. If the return is a result of an error or damaged merchandise and is returned within 30 days of delivery, we will replace the merchandise, or refund the full cost of the merchandise and the shipping charges. If the item has been opened or shows signs of wear you may be subject to a partial refund and/or charges of both original shipping and return fees. Items returned more than 30 days of delivery date, or are either discontinued or clearance items, will not qualify for refunds. Unauthorized returns may be refused and sent back to the customer. You will be advised during the return procedure. We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not meet these conditions. Expect to receive the refund within four weeks from shipping your return. This includes conservative estimates of the time required for the return shipping, inspection, and processing from your Pay Pal account or credit card company. You will receive your refund via the form of payment that you used.
